We are a Dubai-licensed cleaning and building maintenance company. Not a marketplace, not an app, and not a broker — our own crews, our own supervisors, our own licence.
Our story
The company was licensed in Dubai in May 2013 as a cleaning contractor. Since then we have traded continuously — through the market slowdown, through the pandemic, and through every disruption the region has thrown at the sector.
We have not grown as fast as some. What we have done instead is stay compliant, keep our staff directly employed, renew our licence every year without interruption, and never leave a client mid-contract. In an industry where contractors regularly fail, get blacklisted or simply disappear, that continuity is not a modest achievement — it is the product.
Over the years our clients kept asking whether we could also fix what we found while cleaning. So we added building maintenance to the licence and rebuilt the company around a simple idea: one accountable supplier for the care of a property, rather than a cleaning company and a maintenance company blaming each other.
That is what Property Care means, and it is why the name changed.

Our licence is available to view on request, and the number above can be verified with the Department of Economy and Tourism.
How we work
Directly employed, trained, supervised and insured. We do not dispatch strangers to your property and call it a service.
If a job needs an approval we do not hold, we say so and bring in a licensed partner. We never pretend to be licensed for work we are not.
Quoted before we start, inclusive of VAT, and invoiced exactly as quoted. Additional work is approved by you first, always.
Contract clients get response times in the agreement. A promise you can hold us to is worth more than one you cannot.
