If something is being done wrong — by our staff, by a supervisor, or by anyone acting in our name — this form goes directly to the owner of the company and to nobody else.
Not to a department, not to a manager who might be the subject of the report. It arrives in the owner's inbox unopened by anyone else.
Every contact field is optional. Leave them blank and we will have no way of knowing who sent it — the trade-off is that we also cannot come back to you for detail.
This website keeps no database and no copy of your report. It is sent as an email and that is the only record.
What to report
You do not need proof and you do not need to be certain. A concern raised honestly and in good faith is welcome even if it turns out to be a misunderstanding.
Theft, false invoicing, bribes or kickbacks, falsified records or reports.
Work at height without proper access, missing safety equipment, unsafe chemicals or practice.
Unpaid or withheld wages, passport retention, harassment, discrimination, threats, excessive hours.
Anyone asking a worker to pay for a job, a visa or a placement with us. We never charge for any of these.
Damage to a client's property that was hidden, denied or not reported.
Conduct by anyone working in our name that falls short of what we say we do.
The form
As much or as little detail as you are comfortable giving. Every field except the description is optional.
Thank you for raising it. It has gone directly to the owner. If you left contact details you will hear back; if you reported anonymously, this page is the only confirmation you will get — but the report has been sent.
