We employ our crews directly rather than hiring them through agencies. If you take the work seriously, we will treat you accordingly.

You are on our payroll, not supplied by an agency. Your visa, insurance and end-of-service benefits are our responsibility.
Salaries are paid through the Wage Protection System on a fixed date every month. This is not a benefit, it is the law — but it is not universal in this sector.
You are trained on our written method before you are sent to a property. Nobody is dropped into a job and expected to guess.
Uniform, safety equipment, machines and materials are all provided. You are never asked to buy your own tools.
Supervisors are promoted from the crews. If you want to move up, tell us — we would rather train someone who already knows how we work.
Contract work means returning to the same buildings with the same team, not a different site and a different supervisor every morning.
Open roles
We recruit continuously across these roles. If your trade is not listed but you think you fit, apply anyway and say so.
Residential and commercial. Deep cleaning, contract cleaning, common areas. Experience helpful, not required.
Running crews on contract sites, checking work against the written scope, and being the name the client actually calls.
General repairs, carpentry, tiling, doors and windows, building fabric. A trade background is expected here.
Window and door hardware, glazing, seals and alignment. Experience with commercial-grade aluminium systems is an advantage.
UAE licence required. Moving crews, equipment and materials across Dubai to a daily schedule.
Scheduling, client coordination, quotations and invoicing. Arabic and English both useful.
